Our story

After years of working with sales teams in dealerships, showrooms, and retail stores, we noticed the same pattern everywhere: lots of data, lots of training, but very little clarity on what actually moves the needle.

Sales reps were overwhelmed trying to improve everything at once. Managers were drowning in generic coaching advice that didn't fit their specific situations. Executives couldn't prove that their coaching investments were actually driving revenue.

So we built FrontlineIQ: an AI platform that uses advanced AI and ML to identify the single behavior change that will have the biggest impact on each person's performance. Instead of more data, we provide focus. Instead of generic training, we deliver personalized guidance.
