After you sign up, look for your separate FrontlineIQ invitation. Use it to activate your own administrator account in your business’s workspace.
- Find your invitation. Look for “You’ve been invited to FrontlineIQ” in the inbox you used to sign up. Check spam and promotions too.
- Set up your account. Open your individual invitation and follow the account activation steps.
- Already activated? Sign in and move straight to your first role-play.

Your first step is activating your own account. Practice once, then bring your team in from the admin dashboard.
What’s included in the standard AAA setup?
Your workspace includes the standard AAA agents and practice scenarios. Start with one role-play and review its coaching feedback. You do not need custom content to begin.
I signed up. Where is my invitation?
Look for the separate “You’ve been invited to FrontlineIQ” email at the address you used to sign up. Check spam and promotions. If it is missing or has expired, contact Support with your business name and signup email. Never send your password.
Do I need a meeting to get started?
No. Activate your account, complete one role-play and invite teammates from the admin dashboard. For businesses with 5+ locations, Sales can help plan the rollout while you start using your account. If live help would be useful, Book time with Sales. Already have a confirmed invitation? Use its meeting details and reschedule or cancellation options. For help with an existing invitation, contact Support.
How do I add teammates and stores?
Add employees, stores and roles directly from your FrontlineIQ admin dashboard. Adding an employee at a new store creates that store automatically. If your business already has people set up, check the dashboard before adding them again. Contact Support if you need help with access or an existing account.
A video won’t open. What should I do?
The walkthroughs open on Zoom or Loom. You can start your first role-play without watching a video. If a resource requests access or will not play, send its name to Support so the team can help.
